When a tornado decimated the town of Greensburg, KS in 2007 they wanted to rebuild as green as possible. They chose to use Cypress rainscreen, utilizing trees that were blown down in hurricane Katrina along with a rainscreen system to maximize efficiency. The results speak for themselves, this structure looks beautiful highlighted by one of Kansas’s famous sunsets.
